Ingredients:
- 12 ounces silken tofu
- 1 very ripe banana
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nnutmeg
- 1 cup almond milk, soy milk or rice milk (for nut-free)
- 1 cup rice milk
- 1 1/2 cups soy milk
This makes about a quart and will last in your refrigerator for only 2 days so be sure to drick it up quickly.
